Can we read the chats?

No. Not even your admins. Nobody at your company can read what a person tells Clement.

Is it secure?

Yes. Every chat is encrypted, and your company's data is stored separately from other companies'. Your chats are never used to train AI.

How much does it cost?

$39 per employee a month, from 5 employees. Large companies get custom pricing. Every manager and employee gets a private coach.

Who sets it up?

We do, with you. We add your people to Clement, and you send them the invites.

Will people use it?

It's a chat, so there's nothing to learn first. At onboarding we show your team what to bring to it, like a hard talk or a 1:1.

What about legal and HR issues?

Clement gives no legal, medical or mental-health advice, and it won't advise on whether to fire someone. If someone sounds like they're in crisis, it points them to a professional.

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT doesn't know how your teammates work and tends to agree with you. Clement learns how each person works at onboarding and pushes back.
